He is a lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association with many years of shipping experience and has been practicing shipping law since 1968. He has worked as a legal/financial consultant and has held a managing postion in various institutions related to shipping such as the Commercial Bank of Greece, Andreadis (UK) Ltd and the Phoenix Greek Hull Insurance Pool. In addition he has been the founder of Finconsult, a company involved in shipping finance, Intership Agencies (London) Limited, a company that acts as agents/managers and shipbrokers and A.M.
