The Company : Aurado Energy Inc. is an upstream oil& gas company incorporated in 1994 (originally as a mining company) and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Company has acquired oil & gas production in Canada and since late 2002 was engaged until recently in exploration on a large block located on the northern shore of the Caspian sea, in Kazakhstan (Liman Block). The Liman Block: All exploration works were suspended on the Liman Block given the uncertainty surrounding its ownership by Liman Caspian Oil B.V. (a 90% subsidiary of Aurado). Clarification has recently been received from the Ministry of Energy, that the Liman Block License has been legally confiscated. The Company is determined to pursue all legal means, both national and international, to confirm Liman Caspian Oil’s rightful ownership to the Licence
